综放工作面支架工作阻力确定的理论与应用
The theory and its application of determining working resistance of powered support in longwall with top-coal caving technology
【摘要】 提出了综放开采支架工作阻力理论计算公式中参数确定的反分析数值模拟法 ,即先根据矿井以前回采工作面矿压显现特征、综放采区柱状图及岩石力学实验结果确定综放开采工作面数值模拟计算模型 ,再进行数值模拟 ,确定理论计算公式中的相关参数 ,基于理论计算公式和现场实测结果 ,提出了综放支架工作阻力确定的统计类比法 ,即根据理论计算公式确定支架工作阻力的主要影响因素 ,再据现场实测结果统计回归支架工作阻力计算式 ,两种方法都有举例 .
【Abstract】 The reserve analysis simulation method is put forward to determine the parameters in the theoretical formula, that is to determine related parameters in theoretical formula by FEM on the model obtained by FEM on the fore strata behavior, column figure and rock tested results, which is to calculate the working resistance of powered support in long wall with top coal caving technology. Based on the formula and in site measurements, another method named analogy statistic to calculate the working resistance of powered support is also presented,that is to determine main factors which affect working resistance in theoretical formula, then to get statistical and regression formula on the in site measurements. In the meantime, two examples are given in this paper.
