【摘要】 目的:探索乳晕双环法的实用性,以期扩大它的应用范围。方法:通过临床应用,详细讨论手术中的一些细节。提示双环法是整复巨乳较理想的方法。这些细节将使初次接触此手术者快捷、准确和安全地掌握本法。结果:本组病例除1例在术后早期手术切口有少许裂开外,余者切口愈合良好。所有病例术后都进行了3～10个月的随访,均无瘢痕增生,乳房塑形良好,无任何并发症发生。结论:乳晕双环法既可作为垂乳的悬吊,可也作为巨乳的整复;既适用于轻、中度病例,也可用于重度病例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The expansive range of periareola in cision(double -circle -incisson)can be made by means of clinical experi-ence of the method.Methods:To review and analyse amplification of the double -circle -incisson was s uggested a comparative ideal way for the reduction of giant breast.To make sure of surgeon in first cantacting with the operation should be made easily,correctly and safely.Results:The patient’s incision are mostly good but apart form a small split of one marmmary incision in early stage postoperatively.All of the patients have been followed from3months to 10months postoperatively.Patients got the less scar and good contour of breast without complication.Conclusion:The method of double -circle -incisson can be performed not only in mastop exy but in reduction mammo-plasty.The operation is also suitab le for the range from slight cases to h igh cases.更多还原
