消除采煤机滚筒联接盘类铸件的缩松缺陷

【摘要】 通过改变采煤机滚筒联接盘的铸件结构和铸造工艺 ,大大提高了此类铸件的正品率 ;同时减小了实际切削加工余量 ,取得了明显的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Greatly increase the percentage of good quality product of this kind of cast by means of change cast constructure of shearer roller conjunctive plate and cast technology,meanwhile decrease actual cutting process rest,get obvious economical profits.
