电子清纱器参数设定及布纱疵控制
Parameters Setting of Electronic Clearer and Yarn Defects Control of Cloth Surface
【摘要】 通过对纱疵分级、电子清纱器清纱参数的设定及 10万m纱疵数与布面纱疵评分之间关系的研究 ,提出建立纱疵分级仪专家分析系统的构思 ,运用纱疵分级仪测出的 10万m纱疵数 ,预测布面匹扯分质量 ,指导电子清纱器参数的设定 ,从而使布面纱疵得到控制
【Abstract】 The yarn defects grading, parameters setting of electronic clearer and the relationship between defects amount of 1×10 5 metres long and cloth defects score are studied. The idea constructing the yarn defects grading expert system is put forward. With such a system, we can get the defects amount of 1×10 5 metres long, which can predict the cloth surface quality, and this can guide the parameter setting of electronic clearer, so the cloth defects will be under control.
