【Abstract】 The yarn defects grading, parameters setting of electronic clearer and the relationship between defects amount of 1×10 5 metres long and cloth defects score are studied. The idea constructing the yarn defects grading expert system is put forward. With such a system, we can get the defects amount of 1×10 5 metres long, which can predict the cloth surface quality, and this can guide the parameter setting of electronic clearer, so the cloth defects will be under control.更多还原
