织物中纬纱排列参数的自动识别
Automatic Identification of Weft Arrangement Parameters in Fabric
【摘要】 基于机织物通常是由两个相互垂直的纱线系统交织而成和纬纱分布相对均匀的特点 ,首先计算出织物图像沿纬纱方向的亮度值 ,再对亮度信号进行傅立叶变换和波谷提取运算 ,进而精确确定织物图像上纬纱所在位置和纬纱密度 ,从而有助于确定织物组织点的位置及识别组织点的性质
【Abstract】 On the basis of that fabrics are made with two sets of yarns interlaced at right angles to each other and weft’s even distribution in fabric, the brightness value of fabric image of filling wise are figured out, then operate the brightness signal using Fourier transformation method and pick up the vally, weft location and weft density on the image can be decided exactly, this made a contribution to ascertain the position and identify the properties of interlace points.
