渗层黑色组织对齿轮性能的影响

【摘要】 通过单齿弯曲疲劳试验和接触疲劳试验,探讨了渗层黑色组织对25MnTiBR钢齿轮性能的影响。结果表明黑色组织降低了齿轮的疲劳性能,尤其是弯曲疲劳性能。

【Abstract】 The article discussed the effects of black microstructures on behaviors of gear made of 25MnTiBR on the carbonitrided case by single-tooth repeated be nd tests and repeated contact tests.The results showed that black microstructure reduced fatigue behaviors,especially repeated bend behaviors.
