【摘要】 文章探讨了景观房产这一新事物产生的背景、缘由 ,分析了其特点、分类等基本内容 ,并就其应注意的问题以及未来发展的趋势和前景进行了有益的探索

【Abstract】 Landscape estate is a new issue which arouses people’s concern with the development of economy.The paper discusses its background and causes,then analyzes the characteristics and types .In the end ,the author points out the existing problems and provides some solutions to its development in the future.
