连续重整催化剂再生过程循环气体水含量的研究
STUDY ON THE WATER CONTENT OF RECYCLE GAS IN REGENERATION FOR CONTINUOUS REFORMING CATALYST
【摘要】 以再生气体的热循环工艺为研究对象 ,对烧炭过程再生循环气体水含量的变化规律进行了研究 ,分别建立了不稳态和稳态数学模型。通过计算实例说明 :不稳态过程是短暂的 ,而稳态过程的平衡水含量是再生循环气体水含量的真实体现。另外 ,讨论了降低再生循环气体水含量的方法及其面临的问题。
【Abstract】 Change rules of water content in regeneration gas during the burning process are investigated with the hot recycle process as the object of study. The unstable and stable mathematical models have been established respectively. According to the calculation example, the unstable process is transient and the balance water content of the stable process can be regarded as the water content in regeneration recycle gas. In addition, The methods to decrease water content in regeneration recycle gas and some problems are discussed.
