【摘要】 枝龄对木槿扦插生根有显著影响 ,扦插生根率以 3年生枝 >2年生枝 >1年生枝 ,且 2 ,3年生枝极显著高于 1年生枝 ;枝段间基段高于梢段 ,但差异不显著。不同枝龄 PPO活性和酚类物质含量以 1年生枝极显著高于 3年生枝 ,显著高于 2年生枝 ;可溶性总糖含量随着枝龄增加而增加 ,3年生枝极显著高于 1年生枝 ;PPO活性梢段显著高于基段 ,POD活性和蛋白质含量无论在枝龄间还是在枝段间差异都不显著。PPO活性低、酚类物质含量少、可溶性总糖含量高 ,有利于木槿插条生根更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the influence factors on rooting of hibiscus syriacus woody cutting, the activities of PPO and POD, and the contents of phenol, soluble sugars, protein and microelements in cuttings from different parts and ages of branches were tested. The results showed that PPO activities, phenol contents, soluble sugars and microelements had significant diffrence between the different parts and the different ages of branches, but the POD activties and protein contents had to remarkable difference. These results indicated that the lower PPO activity, the lower contents of phenol and Mg, and the higher contents of soluble sugars, Fe, Zn and Ca were in favor for hibiscus syriacus woody cutting rooting.更多还原
