【摘要】 文章分析了福建省森林灾害防治投入新机制的目标、指导思想、基本思路与基本框架 ,并提出建立森林灾害防治投入新机制的基本对策。

【Abstract】 This essay studies on the object,guiding principle,basic thinking and fundamental structure of the new investment mechanism in the prevention and cure of Fujian forest disasters.Meanwhile,the basic countermeasures to establish a new investment mechanism are proposed.
