【摘要】 目的了解老年人牙楔状缺损的流行病学情况,为开展老年社区医疗保健服务,提供较为确切的依据。方法随机抽取的成都市武侯区三个居(家)委会的老年人楔状缺损进行调查、分析。结果发现60岁以上的老年人中楔状缺损的患病率为91.3%,31.19%的存牙(余留牙)发生楔状缺损。每百人需治疗牙数为300。并结合文献复习,对该病有关问题进行了讨论。结论楔状缺损是老年人多发病之一,对这种疾病的宣教和治疗是社区医疗服务的重点之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get the epidemiological information of the teeth wedge-shaped defects of the aged ,in order to provide data for developing community health services for the elderly . Methods 3 communities from Wuhou District were chosen at random and the teeth wedge-shaped defects of the aged were investigated. Results It was shown that the prevalence rate of the elderly′s teeth wedge-shaped defects was 91.3% and 31.19% of persistent teeth were suffere from wedge-shaped defects. Every 100 old people had 300 teeth required treatment. Together with literature reviewed , a discussion of the problems related to this disease was made. Conclusions Teeth wedge-shaped defect is one of the the common disease of the aged. It is a very important work for the community health service for the elderly to publicize the hazard and to treat teeth wedge-shaped defects.更多还原
