【摘要】 目的　探讨 O血清抗 AB的抗体性质和效价。方法　分别用脐血红细胞和成人红细胞作为吸收细胞完成吸收放散试验。利用 A( B)细胞吸收 O血清 ,然后采用适当的放散方法对放散液的抗 B( A)的效价进行测定。　结果　利用脐血作为吸收细胞 ,4℃吸收放散试验抗 AB效价为 4～ 32 ,37℃吸收放散试验抗 AB效价为 4～ 1 6;利用成人细胞作吸收放散试验 ,4℃抗 AB效价为 4～ 1 6,37℃吸收放散试验抗 AB效价为 0～ 4。两种温度下利用脐血细胞与利用成人细胞作为吸收细胞吸收放散试验的结果的差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1 )。　结论　O血清抗 AB既有 Ig M性质 ,也有 Ig G性质 ,Ig M性质抗AB效价为 4～ 32 ,Ig G性质抗 AB效价为 4～ 1 6更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the titer of anti AB in O serum. Method Absorb eluting test was completed by using cord blood and adult red blood cell as absorbent respectively. First Ac (Bc) was used to absorb O serum,then anti B(A) titer of elution was tested after absorbing by Ac (Bc). Results The titer of anti AB was 4～32 at 4℃ and 4～16 at 37℃ in the absorb eluting test by cord blood . The titer of anti AB was 4～16 at 4℃ and 0～4 at 37℃ in the absorb eluting test by adult red blood cell.The results had remarkable difference (P<0.01) between the tests by cord blood and by adult red blood cell at two temperatures. Conclusion The anti AB in O serum had both IgM and IgG characters, its titers were 4～32 (IgM) and 4～16 (IgG) respectively.更多还原
