【摘要】 简要介绍武钢第三炼钢厂铁水脱硫工艺的应用情况 ,同时指出其铁水脱硫装置由于年处理量的增加、生产节奏的加快 ,以及与原设计相比工艺的变化 ,使得其工序压力过大 ,成为生产的瓶颈。为此 ,在论述了国内外大型转炉配套铁水脱硫技术的发展现状及趋势的基础上 ,提出应对现有脱硫设备进行改造和兴建新的铁水脱硫设施的设想 ,并建议采用铁水罐喷吹镁剂脱硫剂进行脱硫。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hot metal desulphurization process in the No.3 Steel Plant of WISCO is briefly introduced. It is pointed out clearly that the existing hot metal desulphurization installations and its limited process capacity have already been the bottle-neck in the production with the increase of annual processing volume and acceleration of the production tempo as well as the changes of process technologies. To alleviate the overpressure on the operating process and installations a preliminary plan on revamp of the existing desulphurization equipments and construction of new hot metal desulphurization facilities is drawn up, in which the hot metal will be desulphurized by injection of Mg desulphurizer into the hot metal ladle.更多还原
