【摘要】 目的　 了解 4 5～ 6 0岁人群脂肪肝与血脂代谢异常的相关性 ,探讨脂肪肝逆转的治疗方法。方法　 采用分层整群抽样调查 10 0 0 0例。采用酶法测定血脂 ;B超检测肝脏 ,根据B超声像图判断肝内脂肪堆积程度 ;对确诊的脂肪肝病人进行营养—卫生干预及综合治疗 ,观察脂肪肝的逆转及血脂改善情况。结果　1999～ 2 0 0 1年共普查出脂肪肝患者 96 7例。其中 1999～ 2 0 0 0年 2年查出脂肪肝者 74 8例 ,占 9.35 % ,其中血脂异常者 4 44例 ,占脂肪肝患者的 5 9.36 % ,经营养 卫生干预及综合治疗 ,脂肪肝逆转为正常者 2 2 4例 ,占 2 9.9% ,好转 4 45例 ,占 5 9.5 %。血脂代谢异常患者治疗后明显好转 ,与治疗前比较 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 对 4 5～ 6 0岁人群应定时查体 ,以及早发现脂肪肝及血脂代谢异常者 ,并进行早期营养 卫生干预及综合治疗 ,可促使脂肪肝逆转 ,改善血脂代谢 ,减少并发症的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between fatty liver and blood lipid metabolic abnormity and to explore the reversion treatment of fatty liver.Methods 10000 people were surveyed by stratified sampling method.The blood lipid was determined through enzyme immunoassay.The livers were detected through B ultrasonography to judge the fat deposit degrees.The confirmed patients received nutritional and hygienic interventions to observe the reversions of fatty liver and the improvements in blood lipid metabolism.Results Fatty liver was confirmed in 748 cases(7.48%),of which 444 cases (59.36%) suffered from blood lipid metabolic abnormity.After the nutritional and hygienic interventions,224 cases (29.9%) of fatty liver recovered and 455 cases (59.5%) got improved.There existed marked difference in the cases of blood lipid metabolic abnormity before and after treatments(P<0.01).Conclusion Timing physical examinations should be made among population aged 45～60 so as to discover fatty liver and blood lipid metabolic abnormity early and to make early nutritional and hygienic intervention and general treatment to accelerate the reversion of fatty liver to improve blood lipid metabolism and to reduce complication.更多还原
