【摘要】 目的　探讨组织谐波显像在肝癌诊断中的应用价值。方法　应用组织谐波显像技术 ,观察二维条件下肝癌肿块部位和大小 ,重点观察边缘及内部回声和彩色多普勒及能量多普勒条件下血流信号的走行 ,分布情况。并与基波显像结果进行比较。结果　 43/44例组织谐波显像能清晰显示肝癌部位和大小 ,尤其对边缘及内部回声影响显著。并能使彩色多普勒血流信号明显增加 ,能量多普勒对细小血流信号更为敏感。结论　组织谐波显像技术可明显提高肝癌肿块的显像效果 ,有较高的诊断价值更多还原

【Abstract】 S Objective To investigate the role of tissue harmonic imaging(THI)technique in diagnosis of liver cancer.Methods We use the THI technique to observe the features of liver cancer,especially its marginal and interior echoes under 2D condition,and supplies of vessels under color and doppler ultrasound,then compare the results with fundamental imaging.Results In all 43/44 patients,THI could indicate the position and size of liver cancer,it had significant influences on their marginal and interior echoes.It also could enhance the signals of vessels under color or doppler ultrasound and CDE showed more sensitivity to small vessels.Conclusion THI technique can enhance the imaging of liver cancer,it has significant values in liver cancer diagnosis.更多还原
