三流连铸中间罐内控流装置优化的水模型研究

【摘要】 通过水力学模拟三流连铸中间罐后发现,在现有的操作条件下,无控流中间罐三个流的流动特性不一致,从而影响夹杂物上浮和温度的均匀性,不能满足生产工艺要求。通过优化设计,提出优化的设计方案。本文还提出多流连铸中间罐流动特性的评判方法,为类似的水力学模拟实验提供参考。

【Abstract】 Water modeling of three - strand caster tundish shows that the tundish without flow control can not meet the technical requirements for inclusion floatation, temperature homogenization and consistency of flow characteristics of three strands. In present study, an optimal proposal is presented through an optimizing study by water modeling. In addition, a method for evaluating the flow characteristics in multi -strand casting tundish, which can be applied to the similar water modeling study, is introduced in this paper.
