【Abstract】 Quality, quantity and harmonious degree are the main aspects to evaluate a web site. On the basis of China’s actual e-government process, this paper proposed a set of practical evaluation measures and criteria system. It evaluated the capacity, update speed and stability of some major government web sites in China, and compared them with some of the government web sites in foreign countries. Finally, it offered several suggestions to strengthen the construction of the government web sites.更多还原
