高效薄层光密度法测定葛根中葛根素和大豆甙元的含量

【摘要】 在硅胶高效薄层色谱板上,采用双波长薄层扫描法同时测定了葛根中葛根素和大豆 甙元的含量.该法快速简便,重现性好,板间误差小,方法可靠;葛根素平均回收率为 99.84％,变异系数为1.18％;大豆甙元平均回收率为99.86％,变异系数为1.23％.

【Abstract】 A method for the quantitative determination of puerarin and daidzeinin " Pucraria" was developed by double wavelength HPTLC densitometricsanning. Through sample scanning, stabilityinvestigation and recoverytests. it was tound that the suggested method was precise and accurate, and the results of determination rekiable.
