【Abstract】 With the great growth of communication in science, technology, culture, commerce and governments between China and the other countries, the Chinese society and talent markets require the graduated students who have higher English proficiency, especially higher qualifications in oral English and communicative competence. It is necessary to reconsider the vital importance of the oral English teaching in college English. This paper puts forward the extensive discussions and proposals for settling the problems on oral English teaching: obstacles in the language communication, learner centredness and the development of communicative competence.更多还原
