【Abstract】 Recently there are three current theories, namely knowledge management, technological innovation and core competence in the theoretical field of management. Core competence is the fundament of enterprise’s sustainable competitive advantages. With the entry into the era of knowledge-based economy, information and knowledge evolves in an explosive way; therefore, knowledge management is a shortcut for enterprises to walk out in the jungle of knowledge. As far as concerned, technological innovation is a sources of a corporation’s profits.
