【摘要】 目的　考察乙醇浓度对烧伤灵酊中浸出成分 (总大黄素 )含量的影响。方法　采用反相高效液相色谱法测定总大黄素的含量。选用 Thim- pack CL S- ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (85∶ 15∶ 0 .5 ,V/ V)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm。样品采用酸水解乙醚萃取。结果　线性方程 :Y=0 .0 0 6 6 +1.95 38× 10 4X,r=0 .9986 ,平均回收率 96 .85 ,RSD为 1.7～ 3.2 %。超过 5 5 %浓度的乙醇对大黄素的浸出率较高 (0 .13～ 0 .16 % )。结论　烧伤灵酊中乙醇浓度以 6 0～ 70 %为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate different concentration alcohol for extracting content of total emodin in Shaoshangling Tincture. Methods RP HPLC was used with Thim pack CLS ODS column and methanol water glacial acetic acid (85∶15∶0.5 V/V) as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 254 nm. The samples were extracted with ethyl and then being hydrolyzed with acid.Results The linear equation Y=0.0066+1.953 8×10 4X,r=0.998 6. The average recovery is 96.85% and RSD=1.7~3.2%. Conclusion The extracting content of total emodin is higher when alcohol concentration is more than 55.0 per cent. The optimum alcohol concentration is 60.0~70.0% in Shaoshangling tincture.更多还原
