【摘要】 为解决传统TMN在发展中遇到的一些困难 ,本文提出了一种新型的网络管理平台 ,很好地解决了这些问题。文章详细阐述了新型网络管理平台的构建并解决了相应的技术难点。

【Abstract】 To resolve the difficulties in the development of traditional TMN,this paper advances a new type of network management platform,which can resolve those difficulties perfectly.The paper demonstrates the construction of the new network management platform and settles the corresponding technical difficulties.
