【摘要】 目的 :系统介绍Twin Block(双垫 )矫治器的制作、作用机理和矫治过程 ,并就其特点及适应症进行阐述。方法 :对 9例安氏Ⅱ类错伴下颌后缩型患者采取Twin Block技术进行治疗 ,并对治疗前后全口牙列模型及X线头颅定位侧位片测量结果进行比较分析。结果 :全部患者后牙调整成为中性关系 ,软硬组织及侧貌改善明显。结论 :Twin Block矫治器是一种简便、高效的功能矫治器 ,值得推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce the use of Twin-Block technique.Methods:9 patients with AngleⅡ malocclusion with retruded mandibile were treated with the Twin-Block technique.Pre and post-treatment results were analyzed.Results:All patients’ molars were rejected into centric occlusion.Soft and hard tissue and lateral profile were greatly improved.Conclusion:Twin-Block appliance is a simple and effective functional one and is deserved to be preaded.更多还原
