【摘要】 目的 :评价血脂康与烟酸肌醇对高脂血症的疗效。方法 :81例高脂血症患者随机分为两组 :血脂康组 :41例 ,每次 2粒 ,口服 ,每天 2次 ,疗程为 12周。烟酸肌醇组 :40例 ,每次 2片 ,口服 ,每天 3次 ,疗程为 12周。结果 :血脂康组和烟酸肌醇组治疗后TC、TG、LDL C、AI均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 )。两组比较 ,其中TC和TG两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而LDL C ,HDL C和AI,两组比较 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血脂康降血脂效果优于烟酸肌醇 ,且安全 ,价廉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To estimate the efficacy of Xuezhikang versus Inositol Niacinate in treating Hyperlipidemia. Methods: The patients were divided into two groups.Xuezhikang group: forty-one patients (Male 24,Female 17,56a±8a)were given Xuezhikang two pills,PO,bid for 12 weeks. Inostiol Niacinate group: forty patients(Male 22,Feamle 18,54a±11a)were given inositol niacinate two pills,PO,tid,for 12 weeks. Results: The levels of TC?TG?LDL C?AI, after treatment, dropped obviously for both the Xuezhikang group and the inositol niacinate group( P <0.01 and P <0.05). There were very significant differences for TC and TG ( P <0.05) as well as LDL C,HDL C, and AI( P <0.01)between the two groups after the treatment. Conclusion:The efficacy of Xuezhikang is superior to that of inositol niacinate in hyperlipidemia,and it is safer and cheaper.更多还原
