降粘剂A-1的合成与评价

【摘要】 以丙烯酰胺为原料,通过自由基聚合和高分子化学反应合成了降粘剂A-1。对降粘剂A-1进行了性能评价,结果表明,降粘剂A-1的降粘性和抗温性好,与其他降粘剂相比,A-1的动切力降低幅度小,能满足泥浆性能的要求。

【Abstract】 The viscosity reducer A - 1 was synthesized from acrylic amide by radical polymerization and high molecular reaction. The performances of the viscosity reducer A - 1 were evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that the viscosity reducer A - 1 had good capacity of reducing viscosity and heat resistance. Compared with other viscosity reducer, its dynamic shearing force decreased less and could satisfy performance of mud.
