4-[2′-(反式-4″-戊基环己基)乙基]环己酮的合成
Synthesis of 4-[2′-(trans-4″-Pentylcyclohexyl)ethyl]-cyclohexanone
【摘要】 以反式 4 戊基环己烷甲酸为原料 ,通过氢化铝锂还原、溴代、格氏反应、醇脱水、催化氢化、脱甲基、高压催化氢化和重铬酸钠氧化等 8步反应合成了 4 [2′ (反式 4″ 戊基环己基 )乙基 ]环己酮 ,熔点 40 9℃ ,气相色谱测定其质量分数为 99 1%。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱的分析 ,确定了目标化合物的结构。此种化合物可以作为制备乙烷类多环体系液晶的重要中间体
【Abstract】 The compound 4-[2′-(trans-4″-pentylcyclohexyl)ethyl]- cyclohexanone was synthesized from trans-4-pentylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid via eight step reactions,namely reduction with lithium aluminium hydride,substitution of hydroxyl by bromine,Grignard reaction,dehydration reaction,catalytic hydrogenation,demethylation,catalytic high-pressure hydrogenation and oxidation with sodium dichromate.The mass fraction of the product by GC was 99.1% and the melting point was 40.9 ℃.Structure of the compound was determined by IR, 1H-NMR and IE. The synthesized substance can be used as an important intermediate for multi-ring system liquid crystal compounds containing ethylene linkage.
