计算机软件在代谢流分析中的应用

【摘要】 代谢流分析是代谢工程中用以指导遗传操作的重要工作。面对复杂庞大的代谢反应网络,代谢流分析需要有强大的运行平台。本文介绍了2种优秀的新型数学软件Lingo和Maple在代谢流分析中的应用,可以大大提高工作效率。

【Abstract】 Metabolic flux analysis (MFA) plays an important role in guiding the genetic manipulation in metabolic engineering. Due to the complexity and hugeness of metabolic network, a powerful platform is necessary for the MFA. In this work, some excellent and novel software is introduced to MFA, which will enhance the efficiency greatly.
