【摘要】 以作者自行开发的多媒体网络实时监控平台为例，介绍了利用Winsock进行网络编程和多线程编程的基本方法，并详细论述了多媒体网络实时监控平台中，如何将两种技术有机结合进行网络通信机制设计及其技术实现。

【Abstract】 Taking the multimedia real-time monitor-control platform on network as an example,the paper introduces the methods to carry network and multi-thread programming by using Winsock.The paper also desrcribes how to combine two technologies to design the network communication mechanism and technology implementations on the multimedia real-time monitor-control platform.
