【Abstract】 Firstly this paper presents some basic propert ie s of Human Visual System(HVS),then,it introduces and analyzes several typica l perceptual video quality assessment models that are based on these visual cha racteristics:three of these models have been extensively tested by the Video Qu ality Expert Group(VQEG)and the results show that they correlate well with the subjective assessment data.Finally,the paper discusses the standardization o f the objective evaluation of video quality.更多还原
