【摘要】 在信息工程建设中引入监理机制,这在国内还是一个新概念,国家还没有制定出相应的法规和规范。文章首先分析了我国信息系统建设的现状和障碍,说明了实行信息项目监理的必要性。然后针对信息项目的特殊性,按照软件工程规范,结合具体的监理实践,对信息项目监理的依据、内容、流程和作用进行了探讨,对信息项目监理的特点、难点及具体操作规范进行了详细分析。更多还原
