矿业投资估价的DCF法与ROV法之比较

【摘要】 矿业投资领域的矿产品价格波动大 ,投资不确定性高 ,从而直接影响矿业投资估价。分别阐述了矿业投资估价的DCF法与ROV法优缺点 ,并通过案例予以说明。

【Abstract】 In the fields of mineral investment,the prices of mineral are extremely volatile,uncertain and undesirable,which directly affect the investment assessment of mining industry.The flaws and merits of the DCF and ROV technique in miming investment evaluation in the text are narrated respectively,and the comparison is conducted through a case study.
