【摘要】 法律文书的翻译,除了要求做到的“信、达、雅”之外,对“信”的要求比一般文体的翻译更严格,中国法制出版社1999年出版的《中华人民共和国合同法》英译本,在这方面同过去相比有很大的进步,但如能在翻译中更多地运用一些法律术语,会使法律文书更加简明易懂,效果也会更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the translation of legal documents, "being sincere" is very important and therefore paid more attention to, apart from"being expressive and tasteful". "The Contract Law ,of People’s Republic of China", which was published in English by China’s Legal Press in 1999,has improved a lot in this respect,but could be better if more legal terms were applied.
