【摘要】 土地登记效力是土地登记制度的一项重要内容。分析了我国土地登记效力体系的缺陷、探讨了我国土地登记效力体系构建与完善的现实约束 ,并以此分析为基础 ,对我国土地登记效力体系的建设与完善提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 This thesis analyzes the defects in the current system of land registration effectiveness in China and discusses the constraints on its construction and perfection. Moreover, this paper gives some suggestions on these issues.
