【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻咽侧位片在儿童鼾症诊治中的应用。方法:对92例(打鼾儿童72例,无鼾症儿童20例)均摄标准鼻咽侧位片,然后测量腺样体/鼻咽比率(A/N比率),腭气道的宽度。结果:72例打鼾儿童A/N比率≤0.60者15例,在0.61~0.70者22例,A/N比率≥0.71者35例,其中40例做腺样体切除术;而无鼾症组A/N比率≤0.50者12例,0.51~0.60者8例。腭气道的宽度:打鼾组均在1mm~10mm,无打鼾组均在10mm~12mm。结论:鼻咽侧位片在儿童鼾症诊治中有很重要的作用,它可显示腺样体的形态、大小,可测量A/N比率和腭气道的宽度,从而指示腺样体肥大的程度,为打鼾儿童选择治疗方法提供较可靠的依据,且这种检查方法简单、方便、经济而被患儿接受,故可广泛在临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve To discuss the application of lateral nasopharynx film in the diagnosis and treatment of children snoring disease.Method Standard LNF of 92 cases (72 children got snoring disease, the left 20 didn" t) were obtained, and then the Adenoids/nasaphar-ynx (A/N ratio), the width of palate air passage were measured. Results Among 72 snoring cases, A/N ratio in 15 cases were no morethan 0.60, in 22 cases were between 0.61 and 0.70, in 35 cases were no less than 0.71, and 40 children in snoring group underwentadenoidectomy;while in nonsnoring group, the A/N ratio in 12 cases were no more than 0.50, in 8 cases were between 0.51 and 0.60.The width of palate air passage:The widths of palate air passage in the snoring group were between 1 and 10 mm, in nonsnoring groupwere 10 and 12mm. Conclusion LNF take a very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of children snoring disease, it can indicatethe appearance of adenoids, can supply the A/N ratio and the width of palate air passage, so we can conclude the degree of adenoids hyper-trophy, furthermore this examing method is simple, convenient, economical and is easily accepted by patient children, so it can be widly ap-plied clinically.更多还原
