【摘要】 目的 :探讨重型颅脑损伤中的系列脑保护治疗方法。方法 :对 6 0例住院患者随机分组分别进行激素、亚低温、高压氧治疗和上述综合措施治疗 ,观察临床指标及预后。结果 :综合性脑保护治疗组病人颅内压、心率、血气分析、脑脊液生化指标及预后均明显好于其他组。结论 :脑保护治疗应从多途径多环节入手 ,才能防治外伤后继发性脑损害 ,促进损伤脑组织细胞的恢复 ,降低死亡率及致残率 ,提高患者的生存质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods of brain protection and recovering of brain function in patients of diffused axonal injury(DAI).Method Observation of some clinical indexes and prospection of 60 patients of different groups(hormone,hypothermia,hyperoxic,and above all).Results Intral cranial pressure(ICP),heart rate(HR),bloodgas analytics,biochemical index in cerebral spinal fluid(CSF) and prsopection of patients in synthetic protection group are significantly better than other groups.Conclusion Synthetic protection can improve brain function,prevent secondary brain injury,accelerate the recovering of injuried brain cell,so it can reduce the mrotality and morbidity rate.更多还原
