仲丁醇在Cu-ZnO-Cr2O3/SiO2催化剂上的脱氢
Dehydrogenation of 2-Butanol on Catalyst Cu-ZnO-Cr2O3/SiO2
【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备 Cu-Zn O-Cr2 O3 / Si O2 催化剂 ,考察了反应条件和催化剂的制备条件对仲丁醇脱氢活性和选择性的影响 .借助 XRD,TPD,TPR和 BET等手段对催化剂进行表征 ,结果表明 ,催化剂的焙烧温度、还原温度、还原时间和载体的预处理对仲丁醇的转化率和甲乙酮的选择性均有较大影响 .通过实验获得了最佳的反应和催化剂制备条件
【Abstract】 The Cu-ZnO-Cr 2O 3/SiO 2 catalyst was prepared by the impregnation method. The effects of the reaction conditions and the catalysts preparation conditions on the dehydrogenation of 2-butanol and the selectivity for MEK were studied. Based upon the characterization by means of XRD, TPR, EPR and BET, the optimal conditions of the reaction and the preparation of catalysts were suggested.
