【摘要】 目的　探讨大剂量三七片治疗再灌注心律失常的疗效。方法　将 35 6例再灌注心律失常患者分为三七治疗组 (118例 )、常规治疗组 (12 0例 )、三七加常规治疗组 (118例 ) ;三七治疗组每日服大剂量的三七片(12片 ) ;常规治疗组应用常规进行治疗 ;三七加常规治疗组是在常规治疗的基础上 ,加服大剂量三七片 ;2周后统计分析治疗效果。结果　三七治疗组临床痊愈 90例 (76 .3% ) ,有效 2 6例 (2 2 .0 % ) ,总有效 116例(98.3% ) ;常规治疗组临床痊愈 71例 (5 9.2 % ) ,有效 2 7例 (2 2 .5 % ) ,总有效 98例 (81.7% ) ;三七加常规治疗组临床痊愈 88例 (74 .6 % ) ,有效 2 2例 (18.6 % ) ,总有效 110例 (93.2 % )。结论　大剂量三七片治疗再灌注心律失常具有较好的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of large dosage Sanqi tablets on reperfusion arrhythmia.Methods 356 cases with reperfusion arrhythmia were divided into Sanqi treatment group(118 cases),routine treatment group(120 cases) and combination treatment group(118 cases).Large dosage of Sanqi tablets was orally taken each day(12 pills a day) in the Sanqi group with routine treatment in the routine group and in the combination group two kinds of treatment were combined,and 2 weeks later the therapeutic effect was statistically analysed.Results There was clinical cure in 90 cases(76.3 %),effect in 26 cases(22.0 %) and total effect in 116 cases(98.3 %)in Sanqi group and they were respectively 71 cases(59.2 %),27 cases(22.5 %) and 98 cases(81.7 %) in the routine group and 88 cases(74.6%),22 cases(18.6 %) and 110 cases(93.2 %) in the combination group.Conclusion Large dosage of Sanqi tablets has a better therapeutic effect on reperfusion arrhythmia.更多还原
