【摘要】 笔者从我国高校发展高科技产业的内外因分析入手 ,说明了高校立足自身的条件和优势 ,自主创办科技企业的历史必然性及其实质意义。并透过对该平台功能与发展模式的比较分析 ,阐述了现阶段高校科技企业功能与模式创新 ,对于加快大学科技成果转化进程 ,实现高校科技企业超常规发展所产生的重大影响与作用。在此基础上 ,进一步提出了我校科技产业的发展模式与产业方向 ,论述了其集团化运作模式及管理上的特点更多还原
