激光压电光声技术检测材料缺陷的研究

【摘要】 报道了一种用激光压电光声技术测量材料缺陷的原理与实验方法 ,通过测量压电光声信号的振幅与相位 ,根据信号振幅与相位的变化 ,判断出材料缺陷的位置 ,并对硼—铝复合材料进行了测量

【Abstract】 A principle and experimental method of measuring material defect by piezoelectric photoacousic technique is introduced.Positions of material defect are judged by detecting amplitude and phase of piezoelectric photoacousic signal,and complex material B/Al is measured by this method.
