PLC在100t金属打包机改造中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了Ｆ１系列可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ）在ｌ００ｔ金属打包机改造中的应用，给出了硬件结构及梯形图。改造后的打包机故障率降低并提高了效率。

【Abstract】 This Paper introduces the application of F1 - PLC in revamping the 100t metal bundling machine. The hardware confiquration and the ladder chart are given. The failure rate is reduced and efficiency is increased in the renovated bundling machine.
