大型电弧炉炼钢用氧的模拟实验及其工业应用
Simulative Experiment of Oxygen Utilization for Large EAF Steelmaking and Its Industrial Application
【摘要】 根据相似原理 ,利用 1∶ 10比例的有机玻璃模型研究了不同吹氧参数时的熔池混匀时间、传质系数、渣 -钢液乳化时间和废钢熔化时间等问题。此外 ,还测定了氧枪的射流流场。根据实验结果制定的电弧炉提高用氧量工艺制度 ,在生产中取得了良好效果
【Abstract】 Using organic glass model, the blending time of bath, mass transmission coefficient, emulsification between slag and molten and the melting time of scrap at different oxygen blowing parameter have been researched by similarity principle. In addition, the jet flow field of oxygen lance was also measured. According to experimental result, the technology of increasing oxygen utilization was established. The result of its industrial application indicated that is favorable for production.
