300MW汽轮机组轴瓦振动问题的探讨及处理
Discussion and Treatment on Vibration of Rotor-Bearing of 300MW Steam Turbine Unit
【摘要】 介绍三门峡电厂2×300MW汽轮机4号瓦振动问题,分析认为:低压转子在额定转速下存在二阶不平衡,4号瓦轴承座刚度不足,运行中动静部分的碰磨是激起4号瓦振动超标的主要因素,经采取相应措施处理后4号瓦振动情况良好。
【Abstract】 In this paper the problem of No.4rotor-bearing vibration of2×300MW steam turbine in Sanmenxia Thermal Power Plant was introdnced.Analysis indicates that the LP rotor retained second-step unbalance at rated speed,the rigidity of No.4bearing block hasn’t enough and the knock-attrition existed between the stator and the ro-tor during operation.After correspondent disposition the problem of No.4rotor-bearing’s vibration was solved.
