【Abstract】 Based on the modern communication and information technology,the ship-shore information system may change the manual process of routine ship management methods. Ship-shore communication software-interface transfers the standardization data,which come from the LANs of ship and shore. The software-interface has the advantages of multi-service and two-way high-speed transmission on telex, fax, and email that ensures ship and shore management together and higher management reliability.
