微波辐射下对苯二甲醛与活性甲基、活性亚甲基化合物的双缩合反应研究
On Study of the Condensation Reaction of 1,4-benzenedialdehyde with Active Methyl, Active Methylene Compounds under Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 微波辐射条件下,以氢氧化钠或哌啶作催化剂,乙醇作溶剂,对苯二甲醛与苯乙酮和丙二酸二乙酯等活性甲基、活性亚甲基化合物反应,合成了 1,4 双(3 芳基 3 氧代 1 丙烯基)苯和 1,4 双(2,2 二乙氧羰基乙烯基)苯衍生物,反应时间短,产率高,操作简便.
【Abstract】 A series of 1,4 bis(3 aryl 3 oxo 3 propenyl)benzenes (3) and 1,4 bis(2,2 diethoxycarbonyl ethenyl)benzene dervatives (5) were synthesized from 1,4 benzendialdehydes(1), acetophenone(2) or diethyl malonate(4) by the condensation reacion under microwave irradiation. The reactions were completed in 1 8 min with good yields and easy work up.
