抗病毒1号中药有效部位体外对流感病毒A3的抑制作用

【摘要】 目的　探讨开发安全有效的抗流感病毒新药。方法　采用细胞培养技术 ,以病毒唑为阳性对照药 ,观察抗病毒 1号中药有效部位 (AD1)在MDCK细胞中对流感病毒A3的抑制作用。结果　AD1半数中毒浓度 (TC50 )为2 6 .95mg ml;抗流感病毒A3的半数有效浓度 (EC50 )为 2 .4mg ml;治疗指数 (TI)为 11.2 3;染毒后 0～ 8h分别给药均有抗病毒活性 ,且对流感病毒A3的抑制作用存在明显的量效反应关系。结论　抗病毒 1号中药有效部位在MDCK细胞中对流感病毒A3有明显抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop new safe and effective anti influenza agents.Methods The anti viral effect of an active compound from a Chinese medicinal herb No.1(AD1) was observed by means of the technique of MDCK cell culture using Ribavirin as a positive control. Results In MDCK culture, AD1 was found to be a inhibitor of influenza A 3 virus in a concentration-dependent manner, with TC 50 of 26.95mg/ml, EC 50 of 2.4 mg/ml and TI of 11.23; AD1 had anti viral effect while it was added 0～8h post infection.Conclusion AD1 has significant anti influenza A 3 effect.
