【摘要】 目的　研究雌激素受体 (ER)与孕激素受体 (PR)在牙周炎牙龈组织的表达 ,为探讨牙周炎的发生提供依据。方法　在建立大鼠实验性牙周炎的基础上 ,应用免疫组化染色观察ER、PR在牙龈组织的表达 ,并与正常对照组进行比较研究。结果　ER、PR在实验性牙周炎牙龈组织的表达明显高于正常对照组。结论　雌、孕激素及其受体在牙周炎的致病过程中有重要促进作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and pogesterone receptor(PR) in periodontal tissues,and provide basis in order to discuss the reason of periodontal.Methods Based on experimental periodontitis of rat,the expression of ER,PR were observed by immunohistochemical method in periodontitis tissue and compared with normal group.Results It was found that the expression of ER,PR in experimental periodontitis tissues was obvious higher than normal group.Conclusion The results suggest that estrogen,pogesterone and their receptors play vital roles in the illness of peroidontitis.更多还原
