【摘要】 目的　研究放置含铜宫内节育器TCu2 2 0c1 3～ 1 7年 2 4例妇女子宫内膜病理组织学的变化。方法　采用常规石蜡包埋法 ,在光镜下进行形态学观察。结果　TCu2 2 0c放置 1 3～ 1 7年之间 ,子宫内膜可见慢性炎症伴水肿改变、单纯性子宫内膜增殖症 ,个别可见腺上皮出现异形性、鳞状上皮化生。结论　结合临床观察及子宫内膜病理 ,TCu2 2 0cIUD放置不宜超过 1 5年更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pathologico histological variation of the endometria of 24 women who had TCu220c IUD for 13～17 years.Methods Using the routine method of paraffin wax embed,the morphologic variation were observed by microscope.Results When the TCu220c IUD were placed in the uterus for 13～17years, chronic inflammation with edema, simple endometrial hyperplasia were found in the endometria.In some cases,we could find heteromorphosis and squamous metaplasia in adenoepithelia.Conclusion It is suggested that TCu220c IUD should be placed no more than 15 years,by thinking about the clinical observation and the pathology of endometria.更多还原
