氟苯清洁生产工艺
A Clean Process for Synthesizing Fluobenzene
【摘要】 开发了以苯胺为原料的氟苯清洁生产工艺。新工艺去掉原工艺中的粗氟苯水洗操作 ,采用三级水循环吸收废气中的 HF,混凝沉降和活性炭吸附法处理含氟废水 ,有效地降低了生产过程中废液排放量 ,废液和废气均达到国家排放标准。同时可提高氟苯收率 ,副产 Na F,回收无水氟化氢循环使用 ,原料成本降低 3 0 %以上
【Abstract】 A clean process for synthesizing fluobenzene with aniline was developed. In the new process, the step of washing raw fluobenzene with water was eliminated, the HF in off-gas was absorbed by 3-stage water circulation, and the waste water containing HF was treated by coagulation and active carbon absorption. The waste water discharge in the process was decreased efficiently, and both the gas and liquid let out met the state standard. In addition, it can increase the yield of fluobenzene and recover anhydrous HF for reusing and by-product NaF, which makes the cost of raw material decrease by more than 30%.
