【Abstract】 A clean process for synthesizing fluobenzene with aniline was developed. In the new process, the step of washing raw fluobenzene with water was eliminated, the HF in off-gas was absorbed by 3-stage water circulation, and the waste water containing HF was treated by coagulation and active carbon absorption. The waste water discharge in the process was decreased efficiently, and both the gas and liquid let out met the state standard. In addition, it can increase the yield of fluobenzene and recover anhydrous HF for reusing and by-product NaF, which makes the cost of raw material decrease by more than 30%.更多还原
