【摘要】 目的探讨慢性肾功能不全患者行冠状动脉搭桥术的安全性。方法回顾性分析1996年6月至2001年6月收治的15例慢性肾功能不全患者行冠状动脉搭桥术的临床资料,并复习文献。结果9例患者术后早期肾功能指标较术前差;6例患者术后早期肾功能较术前无明显变化。围术期腹透4例,血透2例,其中1例行术中血透,肾功能指标均有所改善。全组无术中死亡,1例术后第三天死于多器官功能衰竭。结论术前肾功能不全的患者,经过积极的术中及围术期处理,大多可以安全渡过肾功能衰竭关,接受冠状动脉搭桥术,达到改善症状延长生命的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the safety of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on patients with chronic renaldisease. MethodsThe data of CABG on 15 patients with chronic renal insufficiency were studied retrospectively from 1996 to2001. ResultsThe indexes of renal function in the early stage of postoperation were worse than those of preoperation in 9patients, while the indexes didnt change obviously in other 6 patients. After proper management the renal function was improvedgreatly. Peritoneal dialysis was performed in 4 cases, hemodialysis in 2 cases, hemodialysis during operation in 1 case. None ofpatients died during operation. 1 patient died of multiple system organ failure on the third day after operation.Conclusions Mostof the patients with renal insufficiency can tolerate CABG and recover with active and proper treatment during perioperative period.更多还原
