【Abstract】 With China’s entering into WTO and the reform and the development on higher education, the political work on college teachers’ ideology has now confronted a great opportunity as well as a great challenge. At present, there are some problems about higher teachers’ notion of value and ideology as well. We should reform the political work of college arming at the case of higher teachers, strengthen the guidance, attach importance to teachers’ political study and moral practice, strengthen the building of the institutional management and the team of political work, to advance the political work of college by innovation.更多还原
